A few useful answers.
Do I need a Ridge wallet?
No. The card format can be used in a suitable card pocket in another wallet. Check the fit first, and do not bend or force the tracker into a tight slot.
Does it work with iPhone and Android?
The current dual-platform Tracker Card supports Apple Find My or Google Find Hub on compatible devices. Follow the setup instructions for your phone and tracking network.
Is this a live GPS tracker?
No. It uses Bluetooth and a compatible finding network. Your phone can show a current or last known location when the network has detected the card; updates depend on nearby compatible devices and connectivity.
Can I make it ring from anywhere?
Sound playback requires a connection to the tracker. If it is out of Bluetooth range, offline, switched off or out of charge, the ringer may not be available.
How do I charge it?
Remove the card from your wallet and place it on a compatible Qi wireless charger. A wireless charger is not included. Battery life varies with use; check your tracking app for the battery status.
Will a metal wallet affect performance?
Placement, walls and other obstacles can reduce Bluetooth range. For a metal wallet, Ridge recommends placing the tracker under the external cash strap or money clip for best performance.
What comes with my selection?
Single includes one tracker card; 2-Pack includes two; 3-Pack includes three in the selected color. Wallets, phones, payment cards, keys and charging pads shown in lifestyle images are not included.
