The house styles pair an Oxford-fabric exterior with a honeycomb, heat-reflective inner lining and a soft resting surface. The lining helps retain body warmth; it does not create heat on its own.
The raised floor separates their resting spot from damp ground. Keep the interior dry and the whole shelter under cover.

Is every version electrically heated?
No. Unheated House has insulation but no electric heating pad. Heated House and Heated Box include a powered heating pad. Select the style you need in the product options.
Can I leave it in the open rain?
Place it in a covered outdoor location such as a porch, garage or barn, protected from direct rain and snow. Weather-resistant fabric does not make the shelter suitable for prolonged exposure or standing water.
What about strong wind?
Use a stable, sheltered location away from direct wind and check the shelter after changing weather. Do not assume a lightweight fabric house is windproof.
What if my cat will not go inside?
Choose a familiar, quiet spot and leave clear access to both openings. Let your cat explore without forcing entry; acceptance varies. Use removable flaps only as directed for your selected style.
How do I use the heated styles?
Follow the included heating-pad instructions and use a suitable protected power connection. Keep electrical connections dry. Remove the heating pad when the season warms up, as the supplier directs. Do not add bedding over a powered pad unless its instructions permit it.
Can other animals enter?
Yes. The shelter is open-access and does not keep other animals out. Choose its location carefully and check it regularly.
